HERE'S HOW the process WORKS:

1. Find Your Dream Date

Use the calendar above to find your dream date for your event. Green dates are still available and red dates are booked. When you click on a green date, it will show you the pricing for that date. 

​

2. Request Your Date

Once you've found the perfect date, click on the date you'd like to book and click "Book Now." This does not secure your date, but it does put a tentative hold on the date. The date will go red in the live calendar and our staff will be reaching out with next steps. 

​

3. Check Your Email

Check your email you booked the date with. Within 1 business day, we will email you over the contracts and invoice.

4. Sign + Pay

We are almost there! At this point, you will have your very own personalized HoneyBook account. HoneyBook is the software we use to communication with our couples. Log into your account and review the contracts and invoice. Once you receive the contracts and invoice, you have 5 days to sign and pay to officially lock in your date. Remember, we do not offer any refunds, so make sure all the information is correct.

5. Start Planning!

You now have your date and venue locked in and it's time to start planning. Let us know if any questions come up in the planning process. Happy planning!

here's some extra details you should know about us,

​Paper Mill on The Landing does not charge extra fees. We do not charge fees for: vendors, getting ready suites, table and chair rental, trash removal, set-up, cleaning, or automatic gratuity! The price that you see above is your all-in cost for the entire venue (bar services are an additional cost). 

 

*Music must be off and the bar will close at 10:00 PM Sunday-Thursday and at 10:30 PM on Saturday + Sunday.

Deposit Information: 

The deposit amount is 50% of the rental fee, Indiana sales tax (7%) and a $500 fully refundable damage deposit. If there is not any damage to the property, the damage deposit will be mailed to you within 5-10 business days after the event. 

 

Hourly Rentals: 

Hourly rentals are based on a minimum of 4 hours at $250 per hour. Hours will be adjusted at time of contract signing and invoice payment. ​​Hourly rentals are only allowed when the event date is on a weekday or if the event date is within 60 days.
